Sign of a healthy heart in Islam:

You can access heart health by monitoring a steady, normal resting rate( 60-100 BPM), maintaining healthy blood pressure ( below 120/80 mmHg), having balanced cholesterol levels, feeling stable energy, and exhibiting good physical endurance without chest discomfort. A simple test is the stair test: if you can climb four flights of stairs in under 1.5 minutes without excessive breathlessness, it indicates good heart function. However, definitive assessment requires consulting a doctor for professional tests.

Signs of a healthy heart:

  • Steady heart and heart rate:
A consistent pulse within the normal resting range (60-100 BPM) and the absence of sudden fluctuations are good signs, with a lower rate often indicating better cardiovascular fitness.
  • Stable energy levels:
Consistent energy throughout the day, rather than persistent fatigue, suggests your heart is effectively delivering oxygenated blood to your muscles and organs.
  • Normal blood pressure:
Readings below 120/80 mmHg indicate your heart is not under excessive strain.
  • Healthy cholesterol levels:
Balanced levels of HDL ( good cholesterol) and LDL ( bad cholesterol), with a total cholesterol below 200mg/dl, contribute to a healthy heart.

At home heart health checks:

  • Take your pulse:
You can check your pulse by placing two fingers on your wrist and counting the bests in a minute to see if it's within the 60-100 BPM range.

  • Perform the stair test:
Climb four flights of stairs and time yourself. If you can do it under 1.5 minutes and don't feel excessively breathless or experience chest pain, your heart is likely functioning well.

When to see a doctor:

  • Sudden fluctuations in your pulse or insignificant breathlessness during fatigued.
  • Persistent fatigue.
  • Chest pain or discomfort.

Good heart in Islam:

When the companions asked him to explain what a clean heart means, he described it as one filled with Taqwa, free from sin, transgression and envy towards others. Thus Hadith is a beautiful reminder of what we should all be striving for in our daily lives.

How to have a strong heart in Islam:

  1. Being sincere. It essential that we do all Actions with sincerity, not just acts of worship.
  2. Being repentant. It was reported that the Prophet Muhammad SAW would ask for Allah's forgiveness throughout the day.
  3. Dua.
  4. Regular good deeds.
  5. Being good to others and helping them.
In Islam, having a strong heart (قلب قوي) is a deeply spiritual and moral concept. It goes beyond just physical or emotional strength — it refers to a heart that is firm in faith (īmān), resilient in the face of hardship, free from spiritual diseases, and deeply connected to Allah (God).

Key Qualities of a Strong Heart in Islam:

1. Firm in Faith (Īmān)

“Indeed, those who have said, 'Our Lord is Allah' and then remained steadfast – the angels will descend upon them…”
A strong heart is unwavering in belief, even during trials and temptations. It trusts in Allah’s wisdom and decree.

2. Free from Spiritual Diseases

Islamic scholars talk about diseases of the heart like:
Arrogance (kibr)
Envy (hasad)
Hatred
Hypocrisy (nifaq)
A strong heart is one purified from these traits and filled with humility, sincerity (ikhlāṣ), and compassion.

3. Remembrance of Allah (Dhikr)

“Verily, in the remembrance of Allah do hearts find rest.”
A strong heart is one that constantly remembers Allah — through prayer, du‘ā’, dhikr, and mindfulness of Him in all actions.

4. Patience and Resilience (Ṣabr)

“And be patient. Surely, Allah is with those who are patient.”
Patience is one of the greatest signs of inner strength. A strong heart endures pain and disappointment without losing hope or faith.

5. Reliance on Allah (Tawakkul)

“And whoever relies upon Allah – then He is sufficient for him.”
A strong heart doesn’t rely solely on the world or people. It puts full trust in Allah’s plan and provision.
6. Courage in Doing What is Right

 The Prophet ﷺ said:
"The strong one is not the one who can wrestle, but the one who controls himself when angry."
 Sahih al-Bukhari & Muslim
True strength is moral strength — the ability to stand up for justice, control anger, forgive others, and do good even when it’s hard.
How to Build a Strong Heart in Islam:

Regularly read and reflect on the Qur’an
Engage in daily dhikr and du‘ā’
Pray sincerely and consistently (ṣalāh)
Surround yourself with good company
Learn from the Prophet’s (ﷺ) character and life
Seek forgiveness (istighfār) and purify your intentions.

Signs of a healthy heart:

Hazrat Ibrahim AS who is the friend of Allah SWT, made Dua to Allah SWT which is mentioned in the Quran Kareem:
Do not disgrace me on the day when people will be resurrected.
The day when neither wealth nor sons will be of any benefit.

Except for him who comes to Allah SWT with a sound heart.
From these verses we also come to know that there is a sick heart as well. We should do an open heart surgery to check the condition of our heart, just as the heart specialist are able to test our  cholesterol levels, the good fats, bad fats etc.

In the above verse, wealth has been mentioned first and then children, therefore we shall commence our talk with our wealth.
1. A person with a healthy heart will spend his wealth in good courses,
The one who spends his wealth in good and virtuous causes.
Many people are such that they spend the wealth in evil avenues, yet they find it difficult to spend in good causes. Many  people are absolute misers with their wealth. If this is our condition, this is a sign of a sick heart.
Muhammad SAW is reported to have said that there are three partners in a person's wealth. Firstly, a person spends on his daily needs  such as transport, food accommodation, etc. Many people spend on their daily needs an  fall short of funds at the end of the month.
The second is the wealth that one leaves behind for his heirs. Your share is that which you gave sent forth for your Akhirah, so don't be the smallest shareholder of your wealth.
Hazrat Molana Abrar ul Haq Sahab RA used to say that is teaching in a Madrassa shoudo also give some money in Charity even though it may be two Rand or five Rand. In the Hadith Hazrat Muhammad SAW is reported to have said,

Save yourself from the fire even though it may be by means of a piece of date.
The one who guides his children towards the truth.
Many people do not even give their children suitable Muslim names as many people want unique names for their children. One person named his child " Tahiyya" which means " a greeting", whilst another person named his child " Ruwaida" which means a short period of time. Some name their daughters Nazreen which is derived from " naaz" which means pride. Such a child will then have problems for the rest of her life as the name has an effect on the child.

Another issues that affects us is that many parents enrol their children in universities. May Sir hafeez salloo are used to say, "You plant weeds and you expect roses to grow" referring to those parents that enrol their children into universities.
One parent enrolled his son into university after a few weeks he returned informing his father that the University is not a place for us.
3. The third quality of a sound and healthy heart is,
" The one that does have any corrupt beliefs within him."
Unfortunately, many Muslims possess superstitious beliefs. Muslims follow the Turkish model of Islam or the salafi model of Islam. Many Muslims believe in Darwin's theory of evolution and the big bang theory. These theories are taught to our children in the schools yet these theories are beliefs of kufr.
4. The fourth sign of a healthy heart is,

" The one in whose heart lust and desire is not dominant to such an extent that it takes a person to the fire of hell."

The starting point of all lust and desire j the eyes, then a person starts a conversation stats joking, and finally many people saw the black data of their lives. Many get involved in this evil and get more stubborn and continue with their evil. Allah paak save us all! So , a concerned effort should be made to protect our gazes so that we are protected from all the evil that follow. The problem should be nipped in the bud. Therefore Allah SWT States,

" Tell the Mumineen men that they should lower they gazes and guard their chastity, this is purer for them. Allah paak informed of what they do ".
5. The fifth sign of a healthy heart:

" The one who heart is void of everything besides Allah SWT".
Our hearts should always be connected of the akhirah. In the Quran Kareem, there are so many surahs wherein Allah SWT reminds us of the akhirah, and presents the scene of Qiyammah before us. The graveyard is a place to remind us of the hereafter, yet many people stand and chat there to such an extent that they to be told to keep silent.  Person may recite in behalf of the deceased from anywhere , but it is Sunnah to go to the graveyard to be reminded of our abode and dream house. We supposed to be taking lesson at the graveyard as we will also land up in the Qabr, as these people have landed here.
In the Quran Kareem Allah SWT says,

" Until the time arrives when death comes to anyone of them, then he says, " O my Allah SWT, Allow me to return".
So that u may perform good deeds in that which I have left behind. Never! It is merely a statement that they speak. Behind them is Barakah until the day they resurrected.
At the time of death a person will regret the time wasted in the world and desire to return to do good deeds but it will be too late.
Death is sufficient to serve as a lecture thinking of death a person should change his life and come into Deen. If one just thinks of death, there is no need to listen to any other lecture or bayan.

"People are sleeping when they die they will awaken".
So, we should prepare for death, prior to death dawning upon us. We should not give ourselves and healthy heart or a sick heart. If we have a sick heart then we require treatment from the spiritual doctors.

Importance of a healthy heart in Islam:

In Islam, a healthy heart is Paramount because it is considered the centre of one's  being, influencing faith, actions and ultimate success on the day of judgement. A sound heart is the source of righteous deeds, while a corrupted one lead to wrongdoing, so it's spiritual and moral heath is more important to Allah SWT than a person's physical body or possessions.

  • Center of faith and action:
The heart is the seat of Faith, sincerity and virtues. Its condition dictates whether an individual's actions, like order and fasting are accepted. A pure heart leads to pure actions, while a corrupt heart poison them.
  • Key to divine guidance:
A " soft" or health heart is more receptive to divine guidance And righteousness, protecting the individual from sin.
  • Basis for salvation:
According to the Quran Kareem, only a " sound heart" will prosper on the day of judgement, as wealth and children will not be of help.
  • Indicator or spiritual health:
The Prophet Muhammad SAW said, " verily, in the body there is a piece of flesh which if it is sound , the entire body is sound; and if it is corrupt, the entire body is corrupt. Verily it is the heart." This means the heart's health of the entire person, morally and spiritually.
  • Foundation for success:
A Heathy heart is a source of inner peace and leads to success in both this life and the hereafter.

How to maintain health heart:

  • Purification:
Continuously work to cleanse the heart of negative traits like jealousy, malice and hatred.
  • Remembrance of Allah SWT:
Regularly remembering Allah SWT is a way to soften and purify the heart.
  • Repentance:
Seek Allah's forgiveness for sins through sincere repentance to wash away spiritual stains.
  • Sincerity:
Ensure your  interactions are pure and sincere, as this purifies your actions.

Why is the heart so important in Islam:

It is the place of our body which we place in our body which Allah SWT made the location of the most valuable possession of a human being emaan( faith). It is your heart.

This is the week's central ayah: so have they not travelled through the earth and have hearts by which to reason and ears by which to hear? For indeed, it us not eyes that are blinded, but blinded are the hearts which are within the breasts.

The significance of the heart:

In order to start moving in life you first need to have knowledge with that knowledge you can define if something is important or not. The Prophet Muhammad SAW said about your heart. Truly in the body there is morsel if flesh which, if it be sound, all the body sound and which if it be diseased, all of it is diseased. Truly it is the heart.
Allah paak informed us in the Quran Kareem about the " heart" . For example , the word naas (people, mankind) is used 241 times but the word " heart" us used not less than 13 times.

State of your heart:

Sins have an effect on your heart, they can cause your heart to be sealed so that the light of knowledge does not reach it anyone and the ayaah of Allah don't affect you anymore. May Allah paak protect us from Allah SWT.
There are many diseases we find in our hearts, like jealousy, envy, greed lust ana showing off. Our aim should be to strive to purify our hearts and turn back to Allah SWT with a sound heart. Once a wise man made this Dua: "O Allah paak purify my heart from Anything but you ".

The heart and the mind:

When you say the word " think"! Most if us point to our heads, right? How many of us point to our hearts when we say " think"? The Messenger of Allah SWT said, " Taqwa is here", and he pointed to Gus chest.
Subha Allah, one if the functions of the shart is understanding. Allah paak gave us a heart to comprehend, to reflect, and to reason. That brings us back to the central ayah, and have hearts by which to reason..

Ibn Tamiyah Rahimahullaah said that many doctors and philosophers have said that the mind is in the brain, so we think and understand with our brains and not with our hearts. He then said that the centre is actually the heart. Ibn Katheer said: this arrogant philosophers say that the mind is in the Brain.
To believe, to disbelieve go understand, go comprehend, to have tranquility to feel confusion to have tawakul and to have Khushoo are all functions of your heart.

Different names for "heart" in the Quran Kareem:

In the Quran Kareem, Allah SWT different words for describe the heart, Qalb, fu' aad and sadr. Qalb is the general word for heart and the root word means something that turn around, something that changes easily. When Allah SWT refers to emaan and the diseases of the heart, he use the word Qalb.
Fu' aad comes from the root that means "burning" or a flame and is used when the heart is inflamed with emotion. A beautiful example us when Allah SWT described the state of the heart of the mother of Musa AS: But there came to be a void in the heart of the mother of Musa. Imagine how her heart was inflamed with emotions while she put her newborn sucking son in the river.

Sadr, means " chest" when Allah SWT refers to secreta or motives, he uses the word sadr, like in Suratun nass: the one who whispers in the hearts of mankind.

What do you do with your heart:

Allah paak says: when the only one who will be saved is the one who come before Allah SWT with a heart devoted to him.
How can you train your heart to become devoted and sound? I came across this beauty list of the  sings of a devoted and sound heart and I pray you will be as inspired as I was?
But before examining your own heart, take this extremely important step: ask Allah SWT by hua beautiful name to purify your heart. He is Al- Wahaaab so ask him to give you a pure heart. He is Al- Qareeb ( the close. One), so ask him to make your heart close to him. He is Al- Wadood ( the ever- loving) so ask him to full your heart with love for him. It's as simple as that.

Now it's time to test yourself on the signs if a pure and devotes heart.

  • It continues to push it's companion until he turns to Allah SWT and repents.
  • It does not grow tires of the remembrance of Allah SWT or hua worship.
  • It it misses out on an act if obedience it feels a pain that ja Morant severe than the pain felt when losing money.
  • If it enters Salah, it's worries and troubles from this worldly life leave it
  • It is stingier with it's time being wasted than a miser's stinginess with his money.
  • It is more concerned with good deed being performed correctly and accepted than the actual deed itself.

Importance of the purity of heart:

It has been narrated that once the beloved Prophet Muhammad SAW said to the blessed companions: Now in this way here a Jannati person will come to you. In the meantime, an Ansari companion came holding his shoes in his left hand and wudu water was dripping from his Beard. He came in the blessed court of the Holy Prophet Muhammad SAW and humbly said, Salam. On the second day, the same event happened and when the same event happened on the third day, Sayyiduna, Abdullah bin Amr bin Ass, followed the companion, reached him and took permission to stay with him for three days. He spent three nights with. The Ansari companion, but he did not see him worship during nights. However, when he would change sides on his bed, he would do the zikr of Allah SWT Almighty until he got up to offer fajr Salah.
Sayyiduna Abdullah said that he did not hear anything except good things from him. When three three were over, I said, " O the bondman of Allah paak! I heard the beloved Rasool Muhammad SAW saying three times: ( Now a Jannati person will come to you) and all three times you came. Then I made a firm intention that I would know about your deed, but I have not seen you performed any great deed. So then how have you got this status? He replied, "I have no other deed but this one, which you have seen. However, one thing ja certain that I do not

Importance of the purity of heart:

It has become obvious that purity of the heart is one of the deeds that lead to Paradise . We should keep our hearts purified of every type of jealousy and malice for all Muslims, especially for relatives. The person who feels jealous and bears malice and hatred does wrong to himself and keeps inflicting pain on himself; people hate him and no one respects him. Such a person loses his conscience; his heart gets dirty, his health deteriorates and he has perpetual worries, whereas the person who purifies his heart of all these things lives safe and sound life; he increases his friends, stays safe from the destruction of the world and the hereafter despite mingling with the crowd. In short, he succeeds in every walk if life.

Importance in Quran Kareem and blessed Hadith:

Therefore Allah SWT has said:

" Indeed successful is the one who became pure."
Successful is he who protects his hart and saves himself from bad manners. Once the beloved Muhammad SAW was asked about the most superior person. He replied, it was Humbly asked, we know about ( one who is truthful), but who is? It was replied, he is such a neat one upon whom I neither sin, nor oppression, nor malice and nor jealousy.

Human of the present time:

Alas! At the present time, the mischief and corruption of hearts are increasing rapidly due to which the increasing tendency to mutual animosiryh, revengeful actions, severing Ties with relatives, backbiting and conspiracies are spoiling the atmosphere of the society. The purity of the heart is the best means of eliminating these problems. May Allah paak remove the dirt and rust of our hearts.

Significance of the signs of the healthy heart:

The phrase “Sign for Healthy Hearts” or “Significance about the Sign for Healthy Hearts” can be interpreted in a couple of ways depending on the context. Here's how it can be understood:

1. The Heart Symbol (❤️) as a Sign for Healthy Hearts

✅ Significance:

Universal Symbol of Love & Health: The heart symbol is globally recognized and is often used to promote cardiovascular health awareness.

Emotional Connection: It creates a positive emotional impact, encouraging people to care about their own hearts and those of others.

Used in Campaigns: Many organizations like the American Heart Association (AHA) and World Heart Federation use the heart symbol in campaigns like World Heart Day (Sept 29) to advocate for healthy lifestyles.

2. Red Dress Symbol (Specific Campaign Sign)

 Significance:

Especially in the U.S., the Red Dress symbol is a specific sign used to raise awareness about women and heart disease.

Part of the "Go Red for Women" campaign by the AHA.

It highlights the fact that heart disease is the leading cause of death in women, yet it's often under-recognized.
3. Medical Signs of a Healthy Heart

If you meant "signs" of a physically healthy heart, here are a few:
Significance of Good Heart Health Signs:

Regular Heartbeat (Normal Pulse Rate)
Normal Blood Pressure (120/80 mmHg or lower)
Good Cholesterol Levels
Ability to Exercise Without Chest Pain or Breathlessness
No Swelling in Ankles or Legs (good circulation)

The spiritual and moral health of the heart:

Heart is a very important part of the human body. A lot depends on the heart: not only our physical health, but also our spiritual and moral heath depends on the soundness of he heart. Someone said rightly, " the problem of the heart is the heart is the problem." All problems, whether individual, familial, social economic, political national or international stem from the problems of the heart.
Allah paak says while giving regards to the men of understanding that they supplicate to their Lord: ( our lord, let not our hearts deviate agree you have guided us, and grant us mercy from you. Truly you are the bestower).
The heart indeed has a physical function, bur there is no evidence to prove that ur has no spiritual or moral functions. The soul probably resides in the heart or is attached to it. The soul is the inner dimension of our being. It is related to the body and mind as well, but it has its own existence, most probably in or near the heart.
The heart is an amazing organ. I am not going to talk about the physical problems of the heart. That is  a subject  for cardiologist to discuss, but I shall talk about the moral and spiritual aspects of the heart.
In the Quran Kareem, the words Qalb and fou' ad are used. The word Qalb occurs 132 times and the woods fou'ad occurs  16 times.
Qalb is used both in it's physical and spiritual senses, while fou'as is used more in the spiritual sense. Both means heart, ana the heart is the seat of awareness, consciousness, feelings and thought. It could be good or bad, healthy or unhealthy.
Believers are required to pay special attention to their hearts. We pay attention to the physical health of our hearts, we should also pay attention to the spiritual and moral health of our hearts. Prophet Muhammad SAW was quoted by Abu Huraira as saying,

" Allah paak does no look at your bodies or possessions , but he looks at yours hearts and actions."
Allah paak of course, looks at everything and he knows everything, but the point of the Hadith is that the real thing that matters to Allah SWT is not whether you are young or old, tall or short, fat or skinny, white or black, Arab or non- Arab , rich or poor, upper class , middle class, lower class, etc. what matters in the sight of Allah SWT is whether your heart is sincere, truthful and honest is not and whether your actions are good or not.
Allah paak tells us in the Quran Kareem that he has prepared paradise only for those who are good at heart, not those who have a strong family, power or wealth.
( The day when neither wealth nor children can help, but only he ( will prosper) that comes before Allah SWT with a sound heart. To the righteous, the garden ( paradise) will be brought near).
( And the garden will be brought  nigh to the righteous, no more a thing distant. This is what was promised for you, for everyone who turned in sincere repentance, who kept ( his law ), who feared ( Allah SWT) most Gracious unseen and brought a heart turned in devotion . Enter you therein in peace and security; this is a day is eternal life. There will be for them therein all they they wish, and more besides in our presence.

Types of hearts:

From the spiritual and moral point of view there are different types of hearts. These types are related to their awareness and consciousness . In this respect, the prophet is reported to have said,
" There are four types of hearts: a pure heath that shines like a lamp, the covered up and closed heart,  the upside down heart, the upside down heart is that of the believer. The covered up heart is that of the believer. The upside down heart is that of the hypocrite who knows and then denies. The mixed up heart is that in which there is both fairy and hypocrisy . The example of faith in it like a small plant that grows with good water and the example of hypocrisy in it is like a wound that grows with pus and blood. So whichever grows bigger to takes over the heart."

Diseases of the heart:

According to Imam al- Ghazali in his book ilhyaa uloum , every organ of our body has a function. When it fails to do uta functions, that's a sign of it being not well.
The function of the soul or the spiritual heart is to know it's creator, to love him. If the hearts fails in this function, then we must realize that it is stick.
It is important to know the ailments that make the heart weak and sick. In the language of the Quran Kareem, it is not only the eyes  that gi blind, the hearts also become blind.
( Do they not travelled through the land, so that their hearts may rhus learn wisdom and their if ears may thus learn to hear? Truly it is not their eyes that are blind, but their hearts that are in their breasts.).
The Quran Kareem tells in many places about the sickness of the hearts. Allah paak says in the Quran Kareem:

( In their hearts is a disease, and Allah Subhan o Ta'ala has increased their disease: and grievous is the penalty they because they are false.
When the heart gets sick, is loses its desire and ability to do right and good deeds. This affects the morals and manners as well as the general behavior of a person.
Scholars have spoken about seven major diseases of the hearts:
  1. Arrogance and conceit( kibr and ghurur).
  2. Ostentation ( Riya).
  3. Jealousy or envy, hate and deceit ( hasad, hiqd, and ghish).
  4. Suspicion.
  5. Ang r
  6. Stinginess
  7. Love of power, position and fame.
These are called " disease of the heart" and they lead to major sins of they are not controlled and carefully treated. In the Quran Kareem and Sunnah and in the spiritual writings of Muslim scholars such as Al- Ghazali and ibn al- Qayyim, we find a lot if discussion on the treatment of these ailments.
Arrogance and conceit. These diseases stem from egotism and overestimation of oneself and one's abilities or merits. This leads sometimes to the denial of the creator, as what happened to Shatan.
The beat treatment of this disease is to cultivate modesty. We have to remind ourselves always that we are the servants and slaves of Allah SWT. We totally depend on him for our being ana existence.
Ostentation: This is called " hidden idolatry". It is a desire to show off and seek praises from others. It takes away sincerity and seriousness to pursue one's goals and objectives. When a person becomes too much involved with ostentation, he or she becomes shallow and superficial. It may also lead to hypocrisy.
The best cure for it is to check the " intention" before any action. A believer must remind oneself that his or her work is for sake of Allah SWT alone .
Jealousy, envy hate and deceit: These diseases are due to lack of respect, mercy and love for others happy, successful and prosperous. Very often jealousy, and envy lead to hate , deceit and violence.
The beat treatment is to have positive envy by competing with others in acts of goodness and use this as an incentive to achieve more and better goals.
Suspicion:  this comes from lack of trust and confidence in other's. Allah says in the Quran Kareem:
Surely, suspicion in some cases is a sin.
Suspicion creates cynicism and takes away hope and optimism. Suspicious persons suspicion creates cynicism and takes away hope and optimism. Suspicious persons or cynics are those who when they see actions and hear some words that have the possibility of being positive or negative focus on the negative and evil side of the matter. Suspicion sometimes leads to violence. It is good to be cautious and careful, but we must keep our attitude positive. If we want to be trusted, we must trust others as well.
Anger: This is given to people as a mechanism for self- defense. However, it is is not properly controlled, it becomes very destructive. In the Hadith, it is called " fire"! The Prophet Muhammad SAW that when one's position. Imam Al - Ghazali said, " Love of Allah SWT extinguishes the fire of anger."
Stinginess : This is a terrible disease. The Prophet Muhammad SAW taught us to seek Allah's SWT refuge from stinginess. Stinginess stems from selfishness, materialism and too much love of this world. If means lack of care and consideration for others.  It holds people from fulfilling their duties and recognizing the rights of others. It leads sometimes to cheating and dishonesty. The Prophet Muhammad SAW said:
" Beware of stinginess. It destroyed many nations before you. It made them shed the blood of one another and misappropriate what was sacred."
Extreme desire for power, position and fame. This is called in Arabic Hubb aj- jah. It is another major disease of the heart. This is also called in the Quran Kareem and Hadith as " Love of this world". The Prophet Muhammad SAW saying,
" Two hungry wolves in a herd of sheep are not as destructive and harmful as the love of the money and extravagance for the religion of a person".
The cure for his is to remind oneself always that this world is a test and trial, and that the real world is that of the hereafter.

Conclusion:

A healthy heart is indicated by a normal heart rate, stable blood pressure, good energy levels, and the absence of chest pain or shortness of breath. These signs reflect efficient blood circulation and overall cardiovascular well-being.
